The private home lots on this 25+ acre site are being built by DR Horton, and the community will directly tie into the greater commercial development across the street at the Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens (NVRG).

Project Description: Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens (NVRG) is venue that includes a wide variety of activity options such as art performance viewing, restaurant dining, brewery going and much more. This project consists of installing the utilities and structural upgrades of the “ruins” structure which is the historic Standard Portland Cement Company’s facility for manufacturing cement in the early to mid 1900s. The Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens venue is coming soon.

This 14,500+ SF office / warehouse building was newly renovated to give a fresh look to the front office space and new lighting in the back warehouse. The equipment yard received two new lifts of pavement along with numerous pole lights to illuminate the exterior.
